Meeting Spaces
Niles District Library has several meeting rooms and two study rooms available. Our meeting rooms can accommodate small groups of six up to events with more than 100 guests. The library’s policy about our meeting rooms is available here.
Study Rooms
The Niles District Library has two quiet study rooms, each with a table and chairs that can seat up to four adults. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be utilized for up to two hours per day (per group). Rooms close 15 minutes before the library does.
Community Room
Located on the lower level, our Community Room can seat up to 120 people, depending on room setup. This room is only available upon approval of a room booking request.
This room is set up with:
1. Tables and chairs and can seat up to 50 people
or
2. Chairs only and can seat up to 120 people
Want to request this room? Review the policy and fill out the application at the end. The fee, if any, will be due upon confirmation of the Meeting Room Reservation. The Library does not accept credit cards.
Board Room
Located on the main level, our Board Room can seat up to 30 people, depending on room setup. This room is only available upon approval of a room booking request.
