The public is welcome at all meetings of the Niles District Library Board of Trustees. Regular board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 5 pm in the Board Room.

If there is a change in the schedule of regular meetings, the revised dates, time, and place of the meeting shall be posted here within three (3) days after the meeting at which the change is made. Except as allowed by the Michigan Open Meetings Act, when a singular regular meeting is rescheduled the revised date, time, and place shall be posted here at least 18 hours before the meeting. Copies of this schedule are available from the library upon written request. Except for newspapers, television, or radio stations, all others will pay a fee equal to the approximate cost of printing and postage
