Learn essential kitchen skills, food safety, and advanced cooking techniques while discovering how to make the most of pantry staples, food bank items, and commodity food box ingredients. Join Christian Haack, Michigan State University Extension Community Nutrition Instructor, as he demonstrates these skills by preparing a variety of dishes. Attendees will have the chance to taste all the dishes created during the session.
