Beginner Yoga Class
Every other Monday | 6 – 7 pm | Community Room | Ages 18+
Our Beginner Yoga Class will conclude at the end of December 2024. Starting March 5th, 2025, join us for Yoga to Release and De-Stress—a new class focusing on relaxation and stress relief. Sessions will meet every other Wednesday from 6 pm to 7 pm.
Join us for a beginner yoga class. You will be using your breath to guide you through your movements. All levels of experience are welcome. Bring a mat if you have one, we have a limited number available for use. Wear athletic clothing that allows you to move and stretch.
No registration required. You do not need a library card to attend this FREE event.

About the instructor:
Sam Major is a teacher trainee at Dancing Feet Yoga. She discovered yoga at age 12 and loves the calm and connection between mind and body after class.
