Beginner Yoga Class
Every other Monday | 6pm-7pm | Community Room | Ages 18+
Join us for a beginner yoga class. You will be using your breath to guide you through your movements. All levels of experience are welcome. Bring a mat if you have one, we have a limited number available for use. Wear athletic clothing that allows you to move and stretch.

About the instructor:
Sam Major is a teacher trainee at Dancing Feet Yoga. She discovered yoga at age 12 and loves the calm and connection between mind and body after class.
