Frederick Douglass: Advocate for Equality

September 9th – October 4th | During normal library hours | Rotunda | All Ages 

A traveling exhibit from the Gilder Lehrman Institute for American History. Sponsored by the Friends of
the Niles District Library and History Center. The exhibit will be on view at the Niles District Library from
September 9th – October 4th during normal library hours. The exhibit consists of six panels featuring documents from the Gilder Lehrman collection. Connections with Niles artist and activist, Lottie Wilson, will also be explored. An Educational Guide for schools, homeschool groups, and other resources are also available.
