NDL: Hikes: Trillium Woodlands Preserve\nDUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS\, THE HIKE START TIME HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 11 AM. \nSaturday\, April 18 | 11am – 12:30pm | Trillium Woodland Preserve | All Ages \nExplore the Trillium Woodland Preserve this spring with Chikaming Open Lands’ Education & Outreach Coordinator\, Grace Fredenburg.  Discover the preserve’s diverse plant community and enjoy an abundance of spring wildflowers\, including the striking Great White Trillium (Trillium grandiflorum)\, one of three trillium species that inspired the preserve’s name. \nPlease arrive early\, as the hike will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m.\n\nAddress: 1660 Riverside Rd\, Niles\, MI 49120\nHike Description: This is an easy-to-moderate hike with occasional elevation changes. \nSuggested Supplies: \n\nDue to recent rain\, trail conditions may be muddy. Please wear sturdy\, waterproof shoes suitable for uneven terrain\, and dress in comfortable\, weather-appropriate clothing.\nWe also recommend bringing water\, binoculars\, and a camera if you’d like to take photos.
