Meet one-on-one with a Niles District Library team member during our Drop-In Tech Help Event. \nThis program covers: \n\nLibby & Hoopla (Downloading ebooks & digital audiobooks)\nBasic computer navigation\nBasic app use\nBasic cellphone use\nBasic tablet use\nGeneral internet instruction\nMobile Printing\nUsing library resources (library account\, library catalog\, online databases\, etc)\n\nWe cannot assist with the following: \n\nOnline shopping\nSetting up a new device\nFixing/Restoring/Repairing a broken or infected device\, app\, or email account\nEntering sensitive information for you (e.g. credit card information\, social security number\, online banking\, etc.)\nKeyboarding\, typing\, or proofreading documents\n\nWhat you need to bring for this event: \n\nBring the device you have a question about; smartphone\, tablet\, or laptop you will also need to bring the charging cord.\nRemember to bring any usernames and passwords you might need so we can work successfully together.\nStaff may not be able to answer all questions; however\, if we don’t know the answer\, we will do our best to steer you in the right direction.\n\nNo registration is required.
