On August 8 at 3 pm\, join us for Unite & Rise for Voting Rights!\, a nationwide day of action honoring the anniversary of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Communities across the country are coming together to strengthen voter participation and protect the freedom to vote!  We will present a free screening of “Three Marches\, Two Sisters\, One Bridge\,” a civil rights documentary about two sisters’ participation in the 1965 voting rights marches in Selma\, Alabama.  Join us! \nYou do not need a library card to attend this FREE event. \nFor more information\, please contact the Niles District Library at programming@nileslibrary.net or 269-638-8545.
