DESCRIPTION:Yoga to Release and De-Stress\n\nMeets every other Wednesday | 6pm – 7pm | Community Room | Ages 18+\n\nIn this 60-minute adult class\, you will slow down and follow your breath. Connecting breath to movements can improve your posture\, reduce joint compression\, calm your mind\, and increase your focus. \nWe will begin class with breathwork\, move through postures\, and end with a relaxing śavasana. Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes early to arrive and settle in. All experiences are welcome. \nNo registration is required. You do not need a library card to attend this FREE event.  \nAbout the instructor:\nSam Major is a local 200 RYT who studied Hatha Yoga at Dancing Feet Yoga in New Buffalo.
