Connecting breath to movements can improve your posture\, reduce joint compression\, calm your mind\, and increase your focus. \nWe will begin class with breathwork\, move through postures\, and end with a relaxing śavasana. Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes early to arrive and settle in. All experiences are welcome. \nNo registration is required.
