DESCRIPTION:Beginner Yoga Class\nEvery other Monday | 6 – 7 pm | Community Room | Ages 18+ \n\nOur Beginner Yoga Class will conclude at the end of December 2024. Starting March 5th\, 2025\, join us for Yoga to Release and De-Stress—a new class focusing on relaxation and stress relief. Sessions will meet every other Wednesday from 6 pm to 7 pm. \nJoin us for a beginner yoga class. You will be using your breath to guide you through your movements. All levels of experience are welcome. Bring a mat if you have one\, we have a limited number available for use. Wear athletic clothing that allows you to move and stretch.\nNo registration required.
